Admission is on the basis of written test & interview.

For admission to classes from Std. I to IX tests are conducted in Subject of English, Arithmetic & Hindi only.

No specific syllabus is prescribed for the test, but a candidate must have sufficient knowledge of the subjects appropriate for the class lower than that in which admission is sought.

There is no test for admission to pre. classes.

Registration form can be obtained on payment of requsite fee on all days excluding Sundays from the School premises. Outsiders can have the same by sending the MO/Bank Draft of requsite fee in favour of Shivam International School, Phulwaria
Admission

Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit.

5% seats are reserved for talented SC/ST students of the weaker sections of the society and 5% seat are reserved for girls also.

The following certificates are to be submitted along with the admission form.

Birth Certificate (issued by a Competent Authority).

Transfer Certificate (Where applicable).

Medical Certificate from a Registered M.B.B.S. Doctor.

Three Passport Size Photographs.

Migration certificate (For students from Schools others than those affiliated to C.B.S.E., New Delhi).

Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection failing which the seat will be allotted to the next waiting candidate.
Eligibility
Children seeking admission in prep is 3 years of age and in class 1 is 5.5 years as on 31st March of that year For higher classes, the age should correspond by match.

Personal File & Identity Card
The School maintains an individual file of all its students to maintain a systematic record of their academic as well as co-curricular progress and achievements.
An Identity card bearing the address of the students will remain in his/her custody all the time.
House System
To create an atmosphere of healthy competition and team spirit most of the school activities are governed by the House System. The Students are divided into different houses name after great Religious and National Leaders. Each House is under the charge of a warden and has its own House Captain. Competitions are held regularly, to boost up the morality of the students.
